Bio/Description

Nicholas provides one-on-one advising on all aspects of career planning and development of graduate students for careers inside and outside academia. He also designs and facilitates career education and skill-building programs for graduate students and develops career resources.

I enjoy: Taking walks with my dog, Gus, and exploring our neighborhood in Philadelphia.

I’m looking forward to my new position because: I’m looking forward to my new role for two reasons. First, I’m excited to learn more about Princeton from the perspective of graduate students. Second, I can’t wait to help students articulate and realize their short- and long-term career goals.

An internship/experiential opportunity that helped shape my career path: As a Ph.D. student at Vanderbilt University, I worked in the Writing Studio as a graduate writing consultant. It was a great way to gain experience supporting students, postdocs and faculty from all disciplines, and it helped me understand that higher education was where I wanted to be!

I'm passionate about: Dolly Parton!

One skill I would like to master: I’m an aspiring children’s book author, so I’d like to master that kind of storytelling.
