Maddy provides employer event approval and coordination, administers employer account registrations and full-time and internship position postings in the Handshake system and supports the employer engagement team with administrative and technical support for campus recruiting and outreach activities.

She also provides one-on-one advising across a broad range of interests, covering topics including:

• Exploring career options
• Internship and job search planning
• Practice interviews

Maddy advises students interested in all career fields, and in particular enjoys speaking with students about:

• Business careers
• Getting students stared on exploring their career interests

A fun fact about me is: My grandfather played in the NFL on the Philadelphia Eagles! Go Birds! 

I’m looking forward to my new position because: I am so excited to have the opportunity to connect with and support students.

An internship/experiential opportunity that helped shape my career path: At Bucknell University, my alma mater, I created a program, Milkshake Mondays, which sparked my passion for higher education! 

I'm passionate about: Dance and the arts! I have been a dancer since I was 2 years old, and it will always be a big part of my life. 

Some small things that make my day better are: Spending time with my family and friends, music, my 3 dogs, ANY dessert, and coffee.
