A fun fact about me is: I am in a YouTube video with 5 million+ views!
My favorite part of my job is: Connecting with students and alumni in their professional roles. It is very fulfilling for me to see my former students achieve their career goals, and then pay it forward to current students!
My first job after graduation: I worked at Boston University (my alma mater) as student outreach coordinator after the completion of my Master's program in College Student Development and Counseling. This role allowed me to interact with a variety of professionals throughout the university, and helped me navigate my own career path in career development.
Some small things that make my day better are: My children! I have four kids, and they are a great reminder to always stay grounded and find the fun/joy in everyday things. Also, a good cup of coffee always puts me in a good mood!
I could give a 40-minute presentation with absolutely no preparation on: I was a former student athlete in college, so I could give a good presentation on a basketball shooting drill. I could also give a good presentation on proper interviewing techniques!
