A fun fact about me is: My mom used to be a professional body builder.
My first job after graduation was: After completing my Master’s degree, I worked as an ABA Special Education Classroom Aide with high school students who were diagnosed with Autism spectrum disorder. It was a very humbling and rewarding experience and has played an important role in my growth as a professional.
If I weren’t doing this job, I’d be: Working as a psychologist for the military. Before meeting my wife, I was prepared to go back to college and complete the prerequisite classes I needed before applying to Ph.D. or Psy.D. programs. My goal was to become a commissioned officer and work with military personnel and their families, which have historically been underserved.
One skill I would like to master: I’ve never even held one before, but if I could master playing the violin or cello, I would feel very proud of myself. I think both instruments are beautiful in their appearance and the sound they produce.
The most interesting places I've been are: Besides NYC, the most interesting places I’ve been to are Florence, Italy and Bali, Indonesia.
