What's the most underrated/overlooked resource or service offered by the Center for Career Development?

Drop-in hours and one-on-one advising appointments! These were a great space for me to talk through with a professional career adviser about what I wanted to do and I always left the call with action items to take without an adviser telling me what to do but guiding the conversation so I told them what I thought i needed to do. It was a great exercise for me as I applied for summer 2022 internships.

What advice would you give to someone considering your major/industry/area of expertise?

You do not have to know how to code to work in tech!

How has your idea of a career or your career interests changed in the past 10 months?

I thought I would go to grad school or law school and pursue a masters in public policy right after Princeton. However, I made a pivot to tech and it has been great so far! I learned things and made connections at the biggest tech company and know that I can pursue grad school after getting work experience first!

In my free time, I like to...

Run, cycle, read, listen to Bad Bunny and drink good coffee.
