Peer Career Advisers

Who are the PCAs?

Peer Career Adviser program logo

PCAs are students trained by the Center for Career Development to help fellow students with applications, resumes and cover letters, explore opportunities and more. As students themselves, they can offer perspective having gone through similar experiences. They hold events throughout the year and are available to meet one-on-one, so reach out any time. You might not think that you need to prepare for your career right now, but it’ll be important to have the connections and resources when it comes time.

What does a PCA do?

PCAs can help you with:

  • Resumes and cover letters
  • Internship and job searches
  • Interview tips
  • Career fair preparation
  • How to use Handshake
  • How to build a Linkedin profile

One-on-one appointments

You can request an appointment with a PCA by emailing them. Browse the list of PCAs below to figure out who would be the best fit for you. Remember to share any documents (resumes, cover letters, application materials) you would like a PCA to review.

Upcoming PCA Events

PCAs host events on campus throughout the semester.
