Have a phone or virtual interview coming up? We now have rooms you can reserve for interviews. We provide a webcam, monitor and quiet space. You’ll just need to bring your laptop.

You can request to reserve a room any weekday during the academic year between 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. by filling out this form and providing at least 24 hours notice. Reservation requests are not available over academic breaks. Please be sure to include the following information: 

• Date and time you would like to reserve a room for an interview
• The name of the organization hosting the interview
• Whether it is an internship or a full-time position
• If you applied for the position through Handshake
