GoinGlobal is a global job search database available to Princeton students and alumni.
This resource supports international students who are interested in working in the U.S., their home country or elsewhere, as well as U.S. students who want to work abroad. It includes job and internship listings, global resume and cover letter guidance, global key employer directory, country and city guides, global job market trends, work permit regulations and cultural advice.
Students, faculty and staff can access GoinGlobal through the GoinGlobal resource page. Alumni can access it through Handshake. Alumni without Handshake accounts or who do not remember their login credentials can find instructions to activate their account on Handshake's site.
GoinGlobal also includes information about H-1B visas and optional practical training (OPT). International students interested in working in the United States are strongly encouraged to meet with advisers in the Davis International Center as soon as possible, and review their website for OPT and CPT information. Remember that the Davis International Center is the best place to learn about policies that pertain specifically to Princeton students, and remember that any visa process is lengthy and requires planning well in advance. Please note that the H-1B information in GoinGlobal reflects historical data and is not a guarantee that those employers will support H-1B filing in the future.
Career advisers at the Center for Career Development are available to help undergraduate and graduate students with search strategy and application materials. We encourage you to schedule an appointment to meet with us to discuss your unique situation.
