Applications for the Spring City Trek open Sunday, February 6. City Treks are a one-day site visit to employers in New York City, and will take place Friday, March 11 (the Friday during spring recess). Undergraduates and graduate students of all years are welcome to apply.
The City Trek career exploration program provides groups of Princeton students (10-15 per trek) the opportunity to investigate a career field of interest and make professional connections by spending time with alumni and employers in their workplaces during academic breaks. Each trek includes visits to up to two organizations, a group lunch, meetings and tours.
City Trek options include:
- Architecture & design: Perkins + Will
- Arts & entertainment: Art Advisory Services, Inc. and The Tank
- Biotech & pharmaceuticals: Exemplify BioPharma (graduate students only) and NJ Biopharmaceuticals
- Consulting: Bain & Co and Russell Reynolds Associates
- Technology: Celonis
You can learn more about the treks and apply in Handshake. All applications must be submitted by 11:59 p.m. on Wednesday, Feb. 16. Students will be notified by email if they are selected to participate in a site visit. There will not be an interview. Applications will be accepted on a rolling basis and students who apply early have a better chance of being matched with their top choice of trek.
