All undergraduates, graduate students and alumni receive a free Handshake account which they can use to schedule appointments with career advisers, find the Center for Career Development's upcoming programs and events, and search for jobs/internships posted by organizations interested in hiring Princeton students.
Getting Started
All undergraduate and graduate students have a pre-established account. To access your account, you must log in through the Central Authentication System (CAS) using your netID and password.
Alumni who have not yet established a Handshake account can request one by going to http://princeton.joinhandshake.com and following these instructions.
Completing your profile
Complete your profile, including the "Career Interest" section, to start to receive personalized recommendations. The more up-to-date you keep you profile, the more Handshake helps by providing you with information about internships, programs and jobs that are targeted specifically to your interests.
Making appointments
You can use Handshake to schedule a one-on-one appointment with a career adviser to help you reflect on your values and strengths, pursue opportunities that match your unique interests and design personalized plans to achieve your goals.
