• 6/10: Recruiting registration opens on Handshake for all organizations (employer events, coffee chats, interviews, career fair)
  • All full-time and internship positions associated with interviews in Handshake will become visible to students immediately after the schedule is approved

August/September 2024

• 8/19:  Priority deadline for Fall employer event requests and 2024 Fall HireTigers Career Fair registration deadline
• 9/3: First day of classes; recruiting events for full-time and internship positions begin
• 9/9 -9/12:  Coffee Chat Week
• 9/13: Fall HireTigers Career Fair from 11 a.m. - 2:30 p.m. (in person, Dillon Gym, no other recruiting events will be scheduled this day)
• 9/16: Campus/Virtual interviews for full-time and internship positions begin
• 9/20: Science & Technology Job Fair from 10 a.m. - 3 p.m. (in person, Dillon Gym, no other recruiting event will be scheduled)

October 2024

• 10/2-10/4:  Rosh Hashanah - (religious observance, recruiting open)
• 10/7-10/11: Midterm exams (campus/virtual recruiting activities will not be held during this time)
• 10/12-10/20: Fall recess (campus/virtual recruiting activities will not be held during this time)
• 10/21: Classes resume and full-time and internship campus/virtual recruiting activities resume
• 10/25:  Coffee Chats Day 

November 2024

• 11/11-11/15: Networking Coffee Chat Week (employers can register through Handshake)
• 11/26 -12/1: Thanksgiving Break (campus/virtual recruiting activities will not be held during this time)
• 12/2: Full-time and internship campus/virtual recruiting activities resume

December 2024

• 12/8: Fall recruiting ends (resumes on January 27)
• 12/8-12/15: Reading period
• 12/16-12/22: Final exam week

January 2025

• 1/13: Wintersession begins
• 1/27: Spring semester classes begin 
• 1/27-1/31: Bicker Week (employers events cannot be scheduled during this week)

February 2025

• 02/03 - Spring recruiting begin
• 02/17-02/20 - Coffee Chat Week
• 02/20 - Graduate Networking Event - Undercover Bosses
• 02/21 - Spring Networking Career Fair
• 02/28 - All Ivy  Environment Career Fair

March 2025

• 3/3-3/7: Mid-term week
• 3/8-3/16: Spring recess
• 3/17: Classes and campus/virtual recruiting activities resume
• TBD: Full-Time Opportunities Virtual Career Fair

April 2025

• 4/11: Last day of Spring Employer Events (info sessions, networking events, etc.)
• 4/25: Spring semester and campus/virtual interviews/coffee chats ends
• 4/24:  Reading Period begins followed by Final Exams
