Event Description

Undercover Bosses (UCB) is a unique networking-based recruiting event for graduate students in humanities, social sciences, natural sciences, and engineering. This in-person event will take place on February 22nd from 5 -7 pm. Light refreshments and drinks will be provided.

Employers/alumni who are interested in hiring graduate students will join the event to speak with Princeton students. Enrolled Princeton graduate students of all years are welcome to attend and are welcome to share their resume after the event in this resume book.

The twist is - employers will not identify themselves by their company name. They will identify themselves by the skills they may be looking for in prospective employees.

Many great students shy away from certain companies as they do not feel they may be qualified when this is most often not the case.

How does the UCB differ from the traditional career fair?

No suits required! This is an interactive recruitment event where we encourage you to wear a smart casual style to highlight your experience narrative and less on their concern for what they wear.

No resumes will be collected during the event. This helps you go beyond the document and have meaningful conversations with employers and alumni. We'll provide employers with notebooks to record student names and notes, and you can upload your resume for the employers to see after the event.
