Event Description
Are you looking for internships, part-time or full-time jobs beyond academia?
In the United States, most employers outside of academia use a resume, which is a one or two-page document highlighting relevant skills and experiences to demonstrate your qualifications for a particular job of interest.
This workshop will teach you how to transform your CV to a resume to grab the attention of your target employers.
This is part of the Ph.D. Job Search Series:
- Developing CVs for an Academic Job Search (Sept. 6)
- Writing Cover Letters for Academic Jobs (Sept. 13)
- Winning Cover Letters for Jobs Beyond Academia (Sept. 27)
- Ace Screening Interviews for Faculty Candidates (Oct. 4)
