The Leaders for Global Operations (LGO) program is an educational and research partnership among global operations companies, MIT's School of Engineering, and the MIT Sloan School of Management. The 24-month program combines graduate education in engineering and management for those with previous postgraduate work experience. Students complete a six-month internship at one of LGO's partner companies, where they conduct research that forms the basis of a dual-degree thesis.
