This session will features employers in the business and communications sectors. Representatives will discuss recruitment timelines, being a womxn in the workplace, and resources and opportunities for womxn within these industries.
Employers will answer a variety of questions in a moderated panel discussion followed by networking and refreshments. This session will teach you how to break into these careers. Student from all identity areas are invited to attend.

Chelsea Addy - Senior Talent Acquisition Manager
Employer: Small Girls PR
Chelsea joined SGPR in 2021 and is the Senior Talent Acquisition Manager on the People Operations team. With over seven years of experience in the recruitment space, she oversees hiring across all hubs and focuses on engaging top tier talent to join our ever growing team (including our Summer Fellowship!)
Prior to SGPR, Chelsea started her career in PR at Bollare as a PR Assistant before switching gears to focus on talent acquisition. She spent five and a half years as an agency recruiter at JBC where she honed her skills, recruiting for roles within PR, digital marketing, social media, e-commerce and more.
Chelsea graduated from Northeastern University with a degree in Communications and currently resides in Brooklyn.
Annie Ferrer '09 - Managing Director, Strategy
Employer: Sullivan NYC
Annie is a graduate of Princeton’s Class of 2009 and majored in Art & Archaeology. She joined Sullivan in 2017 as a graduate of Columbia Business School with prior marketing experience in various B2B and B2C spaces. At Sullivan, she has flexed her strengths in strategic analysis and account management across a myriad of projects at the 10,000- and 10-foot levels, including a recent rebrand of and website for quantitative asset manager WorldQuant as well as sales enablement for Bank of America Merrill Lynch.
Robin Li '17 - Director in Indeed's Product Commercialization team
Employer: Indeed
Robin was a member of the Class of 2017 where she majored in Economics. In her time at Princeton, she served as VP of Colonial Club and a member of the women's table tennis team. After graduating, she worked in management consulting at McKinsey & Co. before taking a product strategy role at Indeed. She now serves as a Director in Indeed's Product Commercialization team. In her free time, Robin is passionate about environmental causes, gardening, and trying out new restaurants in the NYC area.
