Event Description

Are you looking to develop your leadership skills in an inclusive way?

Conscious leadership is an impactful leadership technique in which leaders practice responsibility and self-awareness in radical ways that build cultures of “we” instead of “me” wherever they go. In this cohort group, Stephanie Blackburn Freeth ‘97, founder of Adaptive Alternatives LLC, will lead a small group of student leaders to learn and implement principles of conscious leadership in their lives now as students, and in their future as professionals.

In this cohort program, you will:
- Learn the principles and practices of conscious leadership, specifically the commitments of responsibility, curiosity and feelings
- Discuss and analyze how to apply the principles and practices of conscious leadership

Participants are required to attend all four meetings on March 15, 22, April 5 & 12 from 12-1pm.

Please register by February 28.

Peer leader competency areas: active listening, debriefing and facilitation, diversity and inclusion, and situational leadership.

Space is limited. Zoom link will be shared with students who register before the deadline.
