How to register to recruit at Princeton
-
Step 1: Register & Review Guidelines
-
Each year, all organizations wishing to recruit on campus/virtual must register, regardless of whether you have participated in on-campus recruiting previously. Registration for the 2024-25 academic year will begin at 10 a.m. on Monday, June 10, 2024. Please review our Recruiting Guidelines before registering to recruit at Princeton.
Please log into Handshake to register for on-campus/virtual interviews and recruiting events such as information sessions, coffee chats, tabling events, tech/scientific talks, career education workshops (e.g., case interviewing), and other visibility events and programs:
If you have never participated in the recruiting program at Princeton University, please contact [email protected] to get Handshake access to request interview schedule and event registrations.

Once you register for on-campus/virtual recruiting activities for the upcoming academic year, you will receive a confirmation for each registration (i.e., interviews, events, etc.).
Employers interested in registering for on-campus/virtual recruiting, submitting recruitment requests for interviews and information sessions, and posting jobs and internships must do so using Handshake. If you are a new employer and would like to post job or internship opportunities, please register for a Handshake account.

Virtual: All virtual interviews and coffee chats are typically held through Zoom or other video platforms. Be sure to provide the virtual link to students at least 24 hours prior to your interviews/coffee chats.
On-campus: All interviews are held at the Center for Career Development and information sessions are typically held in the Center or other campus buildings. Coffee chats usually take place in the Center for Career Development or Frist Campus Center, and tabling events are assigned at Frist Campus Center. Please be advised that, while we will be able to confirm your event dates shortly after receiving your event registration, we will not be able to confirm your event locations until the end of August to early September due to restrictions from the University. We appreciate your understanding.
Please see our recruiting guidelines for information on canceling room reservations.

After your registration confirmation, you will receive an email with instructions to post your positions on Handshake for the upcoming academic year. Positions can be posted immediately, however physical on campus interview may not take place until September 3, 2024.
All applications for on-campus/virtual interviews must be received through Handshake. If you would like to require candidates to apply through your organization’s website, you may instruct students to apply through both Handshake and your website in your job descriptions.
