Hosting On-Campus Educational Workshops and Information Sessions

The Center for Career Development offers employer partners the opportunity to present educational workshops or information sessions to Princeton students throughout the academic year. Sessions are typically 1-2 hours long, and scheduled in the evening after classes are held (between 5-8:30 p.m.). 

If you are interested in hosting an event, contact [email protected] to discuss how we can best support you. Please do not submit a Princeton-specific event request in Handshake without consulting with the Employer Engagement Team via email and receiving confirmation for your planned event.

Events are scheduled in the order they are requested, and we reserve the right to decline your request based on various factors such as timing, availability, industry, brand presence on-campus and student interest. We avoid scheduling more than one event of the same industry and targeted audience at the same time.

Once your Princeton-specific event is confirmed via email exchange, we will:

  1. Give you guidance on posting the event in Handshake
  2. Help secure a location for your event
  3. Share the event on our website and with career advisers
  4. Send you detailed logistical information for your campus visit
